We LOVE these balloons! Put some water into a dishpan and fill 'em up. So much fun! And FAST!

BEST WATER BALLOONS

Love idea of quick filling and self sealing waters  and the product does that.   But about 20-30% pop before removing from water.  Also they don’t break unless you throw them very hard.  Not really that fun.
