You can fill them using an indoor sink ( without the ability to screw them on) , but you have to hold them onto the faucet very tight while filling and they don't all fill or some fill partially. They were also a really good price. Other stores are about the same price for less than half the amount.

Unfortunately, they only had about a 65% success rate when it came to the balloons filling properly and the rubber bands actually sealing. We filled the balloons with the hose, shook them off as instructed, and the bands were supposed to tighten around the balloons. The problem is that many of the bands did not stay tight enough, so the balloons slowly leaked out. We left them in a bucket for about an hour while we ate lunch, and when we came back, about 75% of the remaining balloons were empty. Since these balloons cannot be refilled or reused once they fail, the defective ones are basically useless. I would only buy these again if they were on cleara...
