This was easy to assemble. That’s the nicest thing I can say about it. It started making a loud popping sound after a few months of use. It’s pretty flimsy. It’s junk. Don’t waste your money.

Missing pieces. Waiting on hold for over 20 minutes and then they just hung up on me. Pieces didn’t fit very well. I found this out assembling it to the point where I discovered the missing piece (the floor).

I bought two of these, they were a great price. The quality and ease of assembly was top notch. The instructions were easy to understand and complete. All of the components were packaged nicely.

Purchased this during the one day sale and had it shipped to my home. The box was missing brackets and caps in order to complete the assembly. I have tried emailing Keter to get the parts that were missing but haven’t heard anything from them.

Went to put it together today and much to my surprise and dismay there was no assembly instructions. So now I have to search the web for instructions.

Great Product

We got our first box about 3 years ago, but found it hard to find more. The box arrived damaged and missing instructions. It was assembled using the first one as a guide because we didn't receive a reply from customer assistance. Within 2 weeks the price jumped $20.when we wanted another one. Other retailers are significantly higher than Sam's Club.

I ordered this online and picked up at my favorite Sam's location. The reason I purchased was to convert it into a dog house. The instructions aren't great. You have to figure it out like a puzzle. Once assembled, it's pretty sturdy. My husband cut out an opening on one side. We are happy with our purchase and so are the dogs. They didn't waste any time getting inside to get out of the cold, rainy weather.
