Very sturdy storage box. My husband put bottom on “upside down.” It bulged out. Called 1-800 number and representative quickly told him to turn bottom piece over. Lol. Guess more than one call came in on that! Nice as beside outside table and since so high it makes a great serving station. We’d definitely purchase again.

Got this deck box on sale few weeks ago, took me all of 30mins to put together. So far very happy with my purchase, sturdy enough to hold all my outdoor folding chairs and extra charcoal from getting wet. Loved how fast and east was to assemble and the self lifting gas rods are a very nice touch that lid will remain open at 90degrees make it ideal for any outdoor living situation.

This purchase has convinced me that I will never buy from Sam’s online again. Aside from poor delivery, the product arrived in a box that had been previously opened and was missing half the parts. The product had clearly been sold and returned to Sam’s. Sam’s customer service couldn't care less when notified. To make matters worse the manufacturer shipped the missing parts and only half of the missing parts arrived. I’m done with Sam’s online and I’m done buying any product made by Keter. Thanks Sam’s and Keter for reinforcing that Amazon so the way to shop online.

I really like this deck box. Easy to assemble and spacious enough for my patio pillows and granddaughter’s outdoor toys. I rated it 3 stars because the lid edges are damaged (rough around the edges). I plan to contact the company for a replacement lid, it appears to be a manufacturing problem. Other than that, the color is perfect and the price was good for the size.

I bought this a few weeks ago and I really like that I have a safe place to store all of my cushions and still be close to my outdoor furniture I had to caulk my bottom because for some reason I don't understand the bottom is in two pieces. Every other part is one solid piece. The front, back, top, and both sides. The bottom is supposed to click together like all of the rest of the box, however I couldn't get it to click, so mine has a gap for moisture and water to get in on my cushions. I called the customer service number provided and they said it would take 5 to 7 business days and I had to send them all kinds of information. I opted to caulk it because there was no way I could get it apart to change the bottom. I had already followed the directions and put it together, I was very disappointed with the bottom. I used 40 year caulk so hopefully I won't have a problem. I have purchased a second one which I have not put together yet. I will check the bottom before putting this one together. I will do a second review and let you know how it goes.

Great for extra storage by the pool. We keep all of our floaties and toys here and everything stays dry. Nice hydraulic system keeps lid open and closes it slowly. The design of the lid still allows for ventilation so it doesn't over heat in the box which was a concern of mine. Product is sturdy once assembled and seems durable but only time will tell.

Great product. Nice size and awesome value for price paid. I bought two of these deck boxes for outdoor furniture. I had several smaller ones I purchased a few months before but sold them after I bought these. Easy to assemble and locks well. Highly recommend this product.

Love it Love it Love it! I had planned on buying the smaller version I saw put together at Sam's, but decided it wasn't large enough for all my deck cushions. I knew this was what I needed when it went on display so I purchased on-line. It was easy to assemble and holds all my cushions perfectly!

I didn’t give it 5 stars because I hated the instructions and don’t know if will keep things dry since it hasn’t rained yet. I usually don’t have a problem putting stuff together, but I had a bit of a problem. I ended up finding a YouTube video. But, once together. I loved it. It holds all of my outdoor cushions. I live in a dry climate so I’m not sure how dry it will keep things… But I love the size and design.

It was pretty easy to put together once we figured out where the symbols were. The only issue that came up was one of the pieces was broken, so we will have to take it apart half way to put the new part in when we get it. We really needed it and wanted to go ahead and put together since we had started. It seems like it will be a sturdy piece. I gave this a 4 star rating because of the broken piece, but when I got to the review I noticed it was changed to a 5 star. Hmmm!
