I ordered Keter 230 Deck Box it took about 3 weeks to receive it and it was damaged. . I spent about 4 hours in total on the phone with Sams Club to get my refund. NEVER AGAIN

This is a great storage box! We were looking at sheds, but they are very expensive. This is a great alternative with plenty of storage space. Thinking of getting another one.

Bought this to store outdoor seat cushions and extra pool towels. Very disappointed to find that rodents are able to readily access and destroy what is stored. Now having to figure out how to jury rig and block access or entire purchase useless

Works great is 4th one we have purchased to store all of our patio cushions in. We had originally got 3 then someone broke into one and tore top off, so ordered replacement. They are great!

Bought this a year ago. Not opened weekly. Lid hinges screws already pulled loose from plastic sides. Now have non functioning lid. Takes 2 to lift lid off to access storage. Waste of money.

We’re very happy with our purchase. Finally able to store our travel chairs for beach and games in a proper place. This deck box has generous space for any garden supplies or seasonal things. Now we have free space in our car trunk.

Put this together and loved it but a crack began in the top almost 1 month and now the entire top broke completely off the hinges would like info on a replacement top

Obviously this isn’t on the fault of Sam’s Club, I spent over 2 weeks waiting for shipping . I finally get the box, I open there is no instructions and it looks kinda barren, I try building it anyways and I’m missing a corner piece, the instructions and hinges for the lid. I read the reviews too and was warned not to buy it from online because I knew I’d get someone’s return. Shame on a buisness that ships out returns without fully checking the box, you also need the instructions for a part number and have to pay for a replacement part so I hope if this next one comes in the same way I’ll be able to keep returning until I get a correct replacement, my worst fear is that they think I’m lying and I’m out on $200 also cause it cost me $30 to get delivered which is honestly so crazy in 2026
