Good hardwired system

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a decent hardwired system for those of you not wanting a network linked wireless competitor. Be mindful of your HD size if you set up continuous recording. You only keep a few weeks at a time. Good picture of the video even at night. Does wash out license plates with it’s night vision. You need a computer monitor to be able to watch footage. Setup is weird and you need to be able to fish wires. If a DIY, get the sticks that electricians use to fish wires. It’ll save you a huge hassle. Overall a good investment and highly recommend.

Solid home surveillance system!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally replaced my 10 year old system. Had always had issues with connecting to the internet for live streaming etc with the old system. (Old technology). This new unit / system was VERY easy to setup. Video quality is great. Very nice interface as well and mobile app function. The only con, there isn’t much of a Manual in the way of features etc. just some quick info packets to setup. So you will have to explore what’s online. Expect to tweak the cameras at least a couple of times after mounting to get the right location. Haven't completely figured it out yet, but seems pretty easy to configure. I have to find the sweet spot on notifications though.

Great quality and useful features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really nice setup. Includes everything you need to get going. Replaced the current security cameras with these and the upgrade was noticeable. If the included cameras aren't enough additional units can be added easily. The face these work with audio alone makes these a terrific option for those needed to either replace a current system or just getting started with one. Installation was easy and everything just worked when hooked up. Cameras are inconspicuous enough that it's very easy to not notice them; which is extremely useful with a security system.

boom set up !!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good( so far)!. was fairly easy to set up and understand. the directions were clear and so are the cameras. love that we are able to add on cameras later. solid construction, looks and feels professional. Again so far so good (so far) things change may start off great and could end quickly, guess time will tell but love it so far!

It never hurts to have

Wow

Easy to setup and excellent video quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had this setup for 5 days but I can already tell this is a better system than those cloud based ones that rhyme with "ding", lol. The setup is easy, the notifications are less frequent, meaning Swann has figured out how to properly use the built in heat and motion sensors so a random spider or moth isn't likely to set things off. The 4K picture quality is superb...no more grainy faces and the night vision is clear as day. The 2 TB hard drive is all you need and I can record as often as I want without fear of using it up. Even the app itself is very well made and consumer friendly. I thought I needed that other company's connected services, but it's really just a waste of money every month and you don't even get state of the art equipment. I'm happy I went with this system and now my family and I feel better protected than ever. Thank you!.

Awesome Security Camera System.

It is overall easy to install and comes with a great app that allows you to access from anywhere(as long as you connect the system to a wifi). I like that you can more cameras but they are a little pricey.
