Awesome chip dip

I thought I'd try this because we love the On The Border chips and this queso pair was slightly less expensive than the Tostito's brand. Unfortunately, this duo missed the mark for us. The Queso Monterey Jack was just okay and the Salsa Con Queso was a total fail. I will be returning this to Sam's and purchasing the other brand or making the Velveeta/Rotel recipe.

I purchased this in Daytona in late Aug 23, when I tried it 4 days later (the MonteJack) it had a valid seal (top popped when opened) I ate some taste wasn't great but not bad. Within a 2 hours I started experiencing food born illness symptoms. They progressed into full on Well lets just say I cleaned out pretty good over the next 24 hours. This is the second time I have purchased "On the Border" branded products, the first time in was chips and it was a similar but not as bad experience. I suspect issues with quality control and food safety with this company.

Very good for making quesadillas.

The Monterey Jack queso is disgusting.

Very difficult to open jars

Probably the best cheese dip I have had. It is a Lil spicy if you have kids but mine could still eat it.
