Tastes slightly like cheese but mostly a weird acidic flavor (and stomach ache) that comes from having the rancid (pasteurized) soybean vegetable oil *filler* that is used to make it smooth and shelf stable. Only buy if you are too drunk to care.

Sam's Club doesn't seem to carry this any more. Sad. Likewise, Sam's does not carry On The Border Medium Salsa 47oz. No vinegar. Freshest flavor. Also, sad.
