We started our cotton candy fundraising for our daughters high school band A couple of years ago. After renting various models from the equipment rentals, We bought this machine and we love it!! Everything has worked well until this weekend. We were scheduled to make cotton candy at a wedding reception. We setup everything and hooked up our machine to the generator. Flipped the switches as always. NO HEAT!! Our element was toast—literally burnt out. We were devastated. The bride was gracious, but this was an expensive mishap. I’ll be ordering new element(s) tomorrow.

I purchased this to rent out for parties and as a money-maker at fairs & festivals. It is a great unit, very easy to operate, spins out a good amount of cotton candy, & is easy to clean. This is a better deal than can be found on eBay or from most GM distributors. Plus, with a free case of Flossugar, it really sweetens the deal (yes, pun intended).

I purchased this for home use but it would be plenty fast enough for use at parties or community events. I ended up purchasing the bubble a week later in order to keep the candy contained.

Love it! There is a bit of a learning curve and included instructions can be better, especially concerning maintenance of the machine. Cotton candy comes out quickly, such I always need help bagging.

This machine is amazing. The amount and quality of the cotton candy is more than I could have expected. I would buy this again without a doubt. Well built with sturdy construction and user friendly design. The machine wastes very little sugar. The cotton candy was so soft and fluffy.

This is a fun item, easy clean up. However, It is big and needs the cover on it.

Purchased this machine in October 2017. Item was shipped quickly and arrived intact. I was disappointed to find the machine was NOT configured with a detachable IEC power cord, as featured in both the written and photo descriptions on the Sam's Club website. Instead, it came with a permanent power cord, located in the same spot as the IEC power cord seen in the Sam's photos. I contacted the manufacturer directly and was told they no longer make this item with a detachable power cord. I like the machine and the price I paid, but I'm disappointed in having received something other than what was sold to me. Still deciding whether or not a return is in order.

We plugged it in and when we turned it on sparks started flying.
