Better than what I expected

I drive a Lexus Rx 350. These tires feel phenomenal the first year. After the 11th month the tpms light came on. Every 2 months I had to air 3 of the 4 tires. Not sure what's the cause for the air loss but tires are in good shape, no nails on the thread so I don't understand why they are not holding air. Now I have to air the tires every 3 days or the tpms light will turn on. Not sure what it is but I'll l just have to buy new tires since the thread now is a little low. These tires felt good driving on rainy days tho because it's a FWD the tires will spin if I start to accelerate from 0MPH at or above 2RPMS if I accelerate below the 2RPMs no tire spinning issues.Tires are a little loud but depends on the condition of the road.

Great buy however...

It was such an easy buy no hassle online to purchase loved how smooth my car felt however when I got them installed within the month I drove into a pothole because I didn't see it and wham a few days later I saw a side air bubble on my front tire. I went back to the place I had them installed and later found out it was road hazard so I'd have to pay for it. I was upset how I wasn't told nor offered road hazard warranty online or in person.

Don't like it

I purchased two of these tires and I never really liked them. I had Mastercraft on before and these tires didn't handle as well and have not lasted as long. After about 25,000 miles, I'm having to replace one because a belt is broke in it. I'm not rough on tires either. I'm talking easy miles. I have the Assurance tires now and they are much better -- they handle better, ride better. I don't recommend the Eagle LS.

Like new again!

After having the new tires put on, & a front end alignment, my 2010 Dodge Voyager has returned to like new handling & ride. I shouldn't wait so long to replace the tires if the ride is going to be such an excellent upgrade over what you get used to after a few months on Chicago's less than stellar streets.

Excellent tires!!

After having some halfway decent tires on my SUV for two years I went ahead and wound up buying the Goodyear Assurance and let me tell you I have not regretted it since. They are super quiet, ride easily and grip the road really well!! For the price you really can't go wrong I highly recommend these tires!! I honestly wish I wouldn't have waited so long to buy them!! I will definitely be putting them on my next vehicle!!

Flat after Flat

Twice in three months on the passenger side, once with the back tire and once with the front tire, the tires have come in relatively mild contact with a curb (Ie. the curb made contact with the side of the tire) and have gone immediately flat wiith a puncture-type hole in them. I could hear the air coming out instantly. This has never happened to me once before in my 52 years of life prior to buying these tires. These tires are not only poorly made, but also life-threatening.

love my new tires

Speedy appointment. Great service. Love my new tires and alignment. Very courteous and professional. In the day and week after service, I noticed "blotching" on my window tint. I was able to call a few weeks later but they said they don't generally clean the outside of the car. I was wondering if maybe they used something on the inside to clean the windows. Either way, the service was great and I would go back.

They make a white side wall

I only bought one tire, because that is all I needed. (They never pressured me with the usual--"You have to buy two or more because-----") I was glad that I could find a local dealer that carried a white side wall tire so I did not drive the usual 25 miles to the neighboring town. And, the tire was one of the top of the line tires. Two years later, my Buick Park Avenue, with 251,000 miles on it, is in need of two more tires and I'll be buying these.

I love the tires but have run into an issue

The tires have been great until I took my car for inspection. Tires where purched end of 2016 and have a 65,000 mile warranty. They failed due to tread wear. The vendor I bought them from said that they are covered and will be replaced. I am having a hard time getting the replacements. I live on a tight budget and can not get buy new tires and wait 4 to 6 months to get the cash back. I went with the good year because I was sold on the amazing warrant Goodyear offers. I am hoping that someone in Goodyear will see this and help me get this handled.

Bad experience with tires - Store or Product fault - unknown

Unfortunately, my experience with Good Year Assurance tires was not a grand as many others. On August 5, 2016, I purchased an allegedly new set of Good Year Assurance tires. October 2016, I returned to the location because my tire pressure light was on. I was advised that external factors such as weather and my residential parking could be a factor. I've averaged getting free air at the location of purchase at least every two to three months, and had the tires rotated as recommended. June 2018, upon getting an oil changed, I was advised that I needed tires. I'd bought Good Year Assurances tires, P225/65R/17, with a 70K miles tread life, and I had under 30k miles on the tires. August 4, 2018, I go for a tire rotation at the store of purchase, and am told that the associate could not service my tires, and my only option for their services would be to buy a new set of tires at 70% of the original purchase price.
