Even though the service center was busy, everyone was nice and helpful. I really appreciate the service I got. It was my first time, so they had to explain everything. I also bought the extra coverage plan on my tires. My car rides much better with the Goodyear Assurance all season tires I got. Happy Happy!

Buying Assurance Again!

I bought my first four Assurance tries in 2013, and they are just now time to purchase a new set again. I LOVE mine and felt they were worth the money and the longevity of the time I had planned to purchase new tires in the future.I am a HAPPY Assurance customer!

Smooth, Quiet, & Great Handling

First off, great experience shopping for tires and making online installation appointment. Worked out as expected with absolutely no issues. The facility in Plainville, CT is top notch and runs a very good operation. While installing my tires they discovered that my brakes needed to be replaced all around and performed an alignment which was much needed. As for the tires, they ride smooth, quiet, and deliver excellent performance in all conditions. I've driven in multiple snow storms with no problems whatsoever. You can't go wrong with these tires for all around performance. Not to mention the quality and durability of Goodyear tires. My last set had 87,000 miles on them and if I didn't live in a snowy climate I could have put many more on them.

Very pleased with Winter and non-Winter driving conditions w

I have had these tires over a month, and in the Colorado mountains we have had a variety of Winter driving conditions by early December. These tires handled great on hard pack snowy roads, thick, refrozen deep slush, and soft, thawing slushy roads. These road conditions included very steep and windy paved roads with Winter driving conditions. I am pleased with the handling, and these tires exceed the performance of the original tires on my 2019 Subaru Ascent. Additionally, I have driven at interstate highway speeds up to 80 miles per hour and found the tires to ride smoothly and quietly. This is contrary to other written reviews I have noted about these Assurance WeatherReady tires. I plan to purchase these again on my other Subaru when replacements are needed, and am pleased with these tires on all road conditions thus far.

I recently relocated from New Mexico and wanted to make sure

I have had Goodyear tires in the past and I know that they are very high quality and well made. I can feel the traction in the snowy roads and I have no trouble manuevering or stopping. I feel very safe with them on my car. I also feel safe knowing that I have excellent people taking care of my tires at the service area I selected in Green Bay. Since I am a 73 year old widow I have to count on someone to help me make the right decisions for my car. I am still a very active driver and safety is my number one priority. Being cost effective is also important and you made the purchase and installation of my new tires very easy. THANK YOU GOODYEAR.

Seems like a good tire

On line I thought it was a run flat variety but when I got to the dealer I found out it was not. I needed to take the van on a trip so I purchased the tires anyway. Then I had to buy a spare to put in the van. I have had one puncture so far but had it repaired. They seem like softer tires but hopefully the longevity is there.

Good Tire - Good Value

I've had better tires (Assurance Comfertred Touring), but this is a very solid tire at a very solid price. I feel much more confident with these than with economy/budget tires I've used in the past, and these won't break the bank for that increased confidence. Would recommend as a value, and especially if you have an older vehicle that you don't want to fit with tires that are more expensive than the vehicle itself.

Not a good tire - only got 45,000 mi

I thought the tires were good when I bought them. Handling was fine and road noise was a minimum. It's now time to purchase new tires because there is no tread left. After only 45,000 miles I need new tires and the road noise is not good. I would not waste your hard earned money on these. I drive a Mitsubishi Outlander and love the car but not the tires.

Dishonest practices

A few days before Christmas 2019, I went to get two new front tires for my vehicle. I specified to the shop that I wanted to keep my two current rear wheel tires on my vehicle. Within less than a day after picking up my vehicle, I soon realized that the shop had removed my one bad front right tire and placed it on the rear right side of the vehicle. This was one of the two tires that has a slow leak and with which I was having issues for months. Hence, that's why I got new tires. I know that the tire was switched because it previously did not have a silver gray cap on the air valve. After I picked up my vehicle, though, now it has a black cap on the valve. So, now I will have to get a new tire, although the previous tire on the rear right side of my vehicle was fine and it otherwise did not leak.
