Outstanding Choice for my Type Vehical

This is my second set of these tires on this vehicle. These tires offer me a great ride. They are quiet, smooth and handle well. Because my vehicle is considered a small to mid-size SUV my limited option of tires fell into the light truck/utility tire which I found to be very loud riding especially at highway speeds. My family even refused to ride with me if we needed to be on the highway for awhile. That was until I discovered Goodyear Assurance All Season and they fit my vehicle! These tires offer an extremely quit ride even at highway speeds. I almost sold this car because of the ride noise thinking it was just the way it rode. Was I ever wrong, it was the factory equipped light truck tires. These Goodyear Assurance saved me a lot of time and hassle as I honestly was going to do a trade in. Since I found these tires a few years ago I now love my SUV and how it rides and handles. My family will now ride with me and we don't have to shout over the tire noise to be heard!

Great choice of tires

I love these tires! What a difference it's made on my SUV! The ride is very comfortable and the handling is great too. Can't wait till it snows so I can see how they make the SUV handle. I am sure they'll be great. Thanks for recommending them. I love them.

Very well matched to my car.

Although my car is capable of 160+ mph, I'll never drive anywhere near that so these tires rated at 118 mph are fine. Beyond that, the ride is smoother, more quiet and handling is better than the tires that were originally on the car new and which cost roughly 2.5 times as much. As for traction, that word is not in the original tire's manufacturer's dictionary but on dry and wet pavement, these Assurance tires wrote the book! Traction and handling on snow and/or ice is pretty good but considering my car weighs ~4,700 lbs, the momentum that can be generated can make any tire that normally would stick like glue turn into ice skates but, these Assurance tires are relatively aptly named because although the snow can get deep in Wisconsin, reasonable driving habits combined with the traction these provide on snow and ice have made it such that I rarely have issues.

Excellent tire

When I purchased my used pickup truck in January 2017, the tires had almost half the tread remaining on the tires. After purchasing the Goodyear Assurance tires, I was pleased that the ride seemed better, and the handling also was noticeably better, these tires provide a quiet steady ride, I am very satisfied with the Goodyear Assurance all-season tires.

Deep snow no issues - Subaru AWD

Purchased 2/18 and after nearly 30k the Treadwell is negligible. Great in any weather but most impressive in deep snow and on icy roads. Not to be confused with a dedicated winter tire but these are so much better than a regular A/S tire. Great in heavy rain, smooth on the road. Wearing as I said is very controlled. Well done Goodyear.

Great Tires, but they don't tread well

I had these on 2015 Accord as the original set of tires. They were great - I got 54,000+ miles out of them over the course of almost 2 years, I bought a replacement set of the same tires in June of 2017, and have put almost 35,000 miles on them. However, they did not even come close to the warranty amount, which I believe was 65,000 miles. I just upgraded to the Assurance Max Life tires, hoping that I can get closer to the 85,000 miles, or at least 2 years without having to buy them again.

Good tire but loud

Tires are wearing very well and have good traction. I haven't been in much snow but I know they are not made for that kind of driving. The road noise is the only problem. It's bad enough that I have to turn the radio WAY up when I am highway driving.

poor wearing product.

Very disappointed w/ this purchase. These tires did not make two years and were well maintained w/ one tire out of round wearing flat spots. This product was purchased in 02-2015 replaced this 12-2016 after only 35,000 miles on a 65,000mile warranty.

I love the tires but have run into an issue

The tires have been great until I took my car for inspection. Tires where purched end of 2016 and have a 65,000 mile warranty. They failed due to tread wear. The vendor I bought them from said that they are covered and will be replaced. I am having a hard time getting the replacements. I live on a tight budget and can not get buy new tires and wait 4 to 6 months to get the cash back. I went with the good year because I was sold on the amazing warrant Goodyear offers. I am hoping that someone in Goodyear will see this and help me get this handled.

Do not purchase!

Original tires were purchased January 2017. Beginning in Nov/Dec 2017 through Feb 2018, I experienced 10 separate puncture incidents resulting in having to repair and/or replace tires, including recently replaced tires! A total of five tires were replaced under vendor's road hazard warranty. The final visit and replacement (2/10/18) found limestone gravel inside the tire. The vendor cancelled any future replacement due to excessive use of warranty. I do not take this vehicle "off-road" but rural gravel roads & driveways are normal. These tires are not durable.
