The cheese didn't have much pepper flavor.

Yum! We wanted another option rather than just the cheddar snack size, so we bought this block and cut it up ourselves. Worked great!

Not enough peppers in it. the size and shape make it very difficult to cut or slice. The majority of it ended up as a treat for the dog.

Great taste wonderful flavor. creamy and wonderful texture. You can certainly taste the spiciness of the pepper

We are so glad that we can buy this cheese at Sam's Club. Tillamook is a superior cheese. The quality sets it apart from other brands. Flavor, texture and taste is superior. I hope that Sam's Club will continue to carry this cheese.

Tillamook cheese are high quality, and it's quite nice getting great prices on the large blocks. The pepper jack has just the right amount of heat for southwest/Mexican type of foods, or a fun addition to scrambled eggs and the like to kick it up a little.

We don't usually get pepperjack. I have a Minnesota palate - i.e. I'm not fond of spicy foods. But we found a recipe that called for pepperjack as part of the cream sauce, and we've been buying this ever since. Good on crackers, burgers, you name it! We've tried other brands because I'm usually a penny-pincher, but this is really not much more expensive than what else is out there, and with a LOT more flavor and creaminess to it.

Tillamook is the BEST cheese. I don’t splurge on cheese often bc of the calories in it but man, I cannot resist tillamook. I used this block to make a spicy spin on spinach artichoke dip, along with bacon bits I bought the same day. DELISH! Everyone raved. Highly recommend!

Many years ago I visited the Tillamook Cheese Factory in Oregon and have since purchased their cheese. The quality is outstanding!! I recently purchased an electric smoker with a slow smoker attachment and smoked all the various flavors of Tillamook cheese and they are SOOOOOOOOO delicious!
