This is The Best pepper jack cheese, just what you would expect with the Tillamook brand. I love it in my chicken enchilada, it only makes them better!

Flavor explodes when this is added to tacos, enchiladas, really any dish calling for shredded cheese. I get more than you can get when buying already shredded. Love Tillamook

Tell Hook is one of the best cheeses you can find it's been a gourmet magazines and other places and this is a very good tasting flavor and it was a very decent price

We love Tillamook cheese; especially the Pepper Jack, and the price is better than the grocery store. Now if you would just stock the Tillamook extra sharp white cheddar as well.

We freeze half and keep half in the fridge so it lasts a while. Even after thawing it's one of the better tasting cheeses out there. Perfect for quesadillas, burgers, sandwiches, etc.

This cheese feels like it was frozen or something because it falls apart not like other times when I bought this same one. Can’t even cut slices just breaks apart
