This is perfect if you like salt....A LOT of salt. I had to cut this with plain white and yellow corn meal and basically use this as seasoning. 1/3 Louisiana fish fry to 2/3 plain corn meal, then it was perfect. HOWEVER if you like salted fish...again, it's perfect.
