I have used Zatarain's Seasoned Fish-Fri for years and I find this Louisiana brand uses "Corn Meal" instead of "Corn Flour". This deep fry mix does not stick as well as the Zatarain's brand. At the end of the cook, the deep fry is full of corm meal and has to be strained before reuse. When using corn flour mix from Zatarain's I can reuse several time times before straining.

I've purchased this in the past and it seems as if the makeup of the ingredients changed. This is very very salty. My family was not happy.
