I use this when I'm not trying to prevent the yellowing of my teeth. I drink a lot of coffee, but this product still keeps my teeth a decent color. When I wasn't drinking an excessive amount of coffee, my teeth were always consistently white.

This toothpaste is one of the best I have ever used. It really whitens my teeth, but I also wouldn't use this product if you have very sensitive teeth or weak enamel in your teeth because it makes your teeth feel weaker. Other than that it is great.
