I love the clean feeling this leaves your mouth. I have been using this for about a year and I don't feel like it's really whitened my teeth but I still recommend it.

I would say this toothpaste is average. I used it for years but I seen no difference in my color of my teeth. I did finally switch to another product after awhile.
