I brush my teeth all the time. I love this toothpaste for that reason. It keeps my teeth feeling clean and my breath smelling fresh for a long time! I would definitely buy and recommend again to others.

i dont think this does absolutely anything to help with the whitening of my teeth to be honest but i keep buying it, like the minty flavor and its gets my teeth clean. affordable and easily found.
