Poor Wear

While I will agree that it handles nice, we are already needing to replace them after only 21K miles on our Escape. It's driven in normal circumstances in dry and wet conditions (no snow) but the tread has not held up to even half what the mileage is supposed to be. I am very dissatisfied. It's not just the wear issue, the last 3-4K miles, these tires have been obnoxiously loud, so much road noise from them that we didn't have when they were new. Additionally, when I preview my review it says I would recommend this tire. Believe me, I clicked NO, not yes. I would not recommend this tire.

OEM Tire on my suv

I've had these tires on my Grand Cherokee since new. It's been almost 4 years now and im 35,000 kms into them. Tires are near half warn. About 50%. They still ride good and are fairly quiet still. Tires still look good. They work well in snow and provide a good ride on the road. So far so good.

Over Priced

These tires came OEM on my 2016 escape. Just came from my Ford dealer and had service performed , as I do every 5,000 miles, and was told that I needed to consider tire replacement at 32,000 miles and the tread measured 4/32". I also own and bought new, a 2007 Ford escape with Michelin LTX tires. these tires have 83,000 miles on them and the tread measures 4/32" Same Driver, same roads, same vehicle except for the year difference. It doesn't take a genius to figure out the difference in the quality of these tires.

I own a 2003 avalanche ...

I own a 2003 avalanche Z71 4x4 and have now owned my second set of Michelin tour HP's . I travel between Arizona and Colorado Springs through heavy rain, hail and snow. The plus 100 degree weather in Arizona has played a great deal of demands on my tires too. I have hit curbs, boulders, potholes, and trailered boats and other loads and these tires perform exceptionally and cosmetically look great. Given my research each time I need tires for the 3 suv's I own, I cannot come up with a safer stronger more confortable tire that provides me the confort knowing when I ask them to stop they do and when I demand them to hang on to the road they do and when I might worry how they will perform towing or with great load demands I don't. Thank you to the Michelin family for keeping our family and my stuff safe....

Latitude O.E. tires cooked at 19,000 Mil

We are looking forward to removing these worn, rough-riding, poor snow driving tires from an '09 Edge Limited. The car only has 18,000 light/ local miles on it, and the Ford Dealer informed us that although they are perfectly and evenly worn, they will need to be replaced at the next State Inspection. They are just "Worn Out" with "very little tread remaining" I laugh when I read the header comment on this web page that someone has 155,000 miles on them, with plenty of meat still left. (Now THAT'S FUNNY!)

Second set and still happy

We made sure that when we bought the car it was equipped with Michelin tires. This car is used mostly for the slow stop and go. However when it goes on a road trip (from the Florida Keys to a longer trip to PA) they ride well. Through out the life of the tire they wear out gracefully without failure. So now the car is on its second pair of tires. The Michelin tires performed so well through the dry, light rain and down pours we get in south Florida that we put another set on to keep my family safe.

I would definitely purchase tires again

These tires wear and perform exceptionally well. During wet conditions these tires hold the road and prevent slipping extremely well. I commute one hundred miles per day so you can imagine the road conditions for New England over the four changing seasons. These tires don't slip and spin in snowy conditions under normal performance conditions in the snow. On icy roads the tires handle the conditions well when using the necessary caution and not attempting to over perform under the hazardous conditions. I really cannot find fault with the over all use of thes premium tires.

I bought a new vehicle in ...

I bought a new vehicle in 1995. I complained that it rode rough. Without results from the dealer, I took my car to the local wheel alignment, tire shop to have the front end checked. Without looking at the suspension or driving the car he told me that my problem was with the tires. He could "solve my problem buy installing 4 new Michelins." I was very skeptical. He then offered to mount the Michelins and drive the car for the weekend. If I didn't notice a vast improvement in the ride, he would remount my old tires , give me my money back and I would not owe him a penny. I have insisted on Michelin tires on all of my vehicles since 1995!

I purchased four Latitude ...

I purchased four Latitude HP XL P255 50 R19 tires for my 2009 Toyota Highlander, (Non- OME). These tires are awesome. They handle like a dream, there is little or no cabin noise, and the gas mileage has improved over the original garbage tires that were on the SUV. No problems with wheel housing fit. If you are looking for your next set of tires, look no further. They are not cheap, but well worth the investment and peace of mind. I am a Michelin man for life.

Poor handling, wear too quickly

These tires came standard on my 2016 Ford Edge SEL. We’re now at 40k miles, they’re supposed to be a 55k mile tire, but I’ve been experiencing bad hydroplaning recently and a very noisy ride on the highways (concrete and asphalt). Replacing them already, 15k miles before they’re supposed to need a replacement.
