This AC was so easy to install and runs really quietly. I was able to connect it to Alexa very easily even though I'm pretty low tech. I purchased a 2nd one for another room!

This AC experience is awesome compared to the rest straight from the box was the easiest one to install because all the materials were there it cools better than the rest and it looks like the electric bill will be cheaper than the rest!

I love the option of remote, my unit is across the upstairs bedroom. It does an amazing job of cooling an entire upstairs bedrrom. I am very satisfied.

Very good cooling. I like the timer shut off feature, so it will turn off after I go to bed. Wifi doesn't work for me. Had problems setting up the Wifi so I gave it up and I don't need it. It blows lots of cold air and thats all I need.

This unit is perfect for our master bedroom/ bathroom. It's on the west side of our home. The evening sun is brutal here in SWFL this time of year. It took for ever for our home A/C to cool those rooms down. This unit was the trick.

Easy install. Directions were clearer on this smaller unit compared to the larger one, that didn’t illustrate a crossection. Not too loud. Love the smart features and automated controls.

This is the best air conditioner I have ever had. Normally I use portable air conditioners, but this is much better! It is quiet and quickly cools the room down. I love it and would definitely buy another if it is ever needed.

Seems to be cooling my work space in my shed well. Installation was a bit fussy due to the design of my window. Does a better job of cooling than my previous unit.

Purchased the unit two weeks ago. Liked the wifi and it did a decent job cooling. Now it won’t turn on and just beeps. Must be returned to the store (and uninstalled).

We love the size and how well it cools our room.. quiet . Reasonable priced and barely see a difference in electric bill. Very energy efficient... definitely recommend to anyone! Very happy customer.
