Family won’t drink anything else

The only coffee my husband will drink. He has tried many brands but always goes back to McCafe.

We bought the McCafe K-cups because we like the taste and had previously purchased a box from the Sam's store. However, about every third K-cup pod produces a cup of coffee with the grounds included. This hasn't happened yet with other K-cup pods we use, so assume this was a bad batch? Won't be buying them again that's for sure.

I have already shared a review with you and apparently you don’t read them but send back a thank you. My 2 boxes of coffee was not in a shipping box and left outside my door on a soaking wet door mat in pouring rain. This is the second time the carriers have screwed up my shipped order that you have ignored so I am going to go into the store and give my complaint

I am seeking a refund for a box of pods that have a quality issue. The pods are blowing coffee grounds into my cup and into machine. They are McCafe. I have pictures and box info. This is the 2nd box in a row I have had issue with, while I am having no issue with an my members mark coffee pods.

I have been a loyal McCafe drinker for years but always got it directly from the source at a drive-thru. Once my daily commute stopped due to COVID, I finally tried these k-cups. I was hopeful but skeptical. To my surprise these k-cups are fantastic and just as good as a cup brewed at McDonald's. Try it, it's delicious!

Tried many K cups and McCafe Premium Roast K-Cup Coffee Pods are by far the best. I drink my java black, I like a bold but smooth flavor without a bite, this brand could be a little bolder, but truly enjoyable to drink without the bite. I am trying there French Roast but find it has a little bite and will stick with the Premium Roast. Hope this helps.

Love the taste! Smooth finish and not too bold or too drab. Just right and cheaper than Starbucks! More pods in this case than in some other brands.

Good coffee but not as good as Community brand. I bought it because you stopped carrying Community pods and I needed coffee
