Perfect pick me up

When a pod works great, the coffee is great! Lately, I’ve been getting a lot of grounds in my coffee. I’ve discovered that by holding the pods up to the light, some of the pods are defective and the grounds go all the way down to the bottom of the pod rather than higher up inside the pod. A well made pod will have a space at the bottom for the needle to go into to the bottom without puncturing the filter and allowing the grounds to get into your coffee. I’m tired of it and have been considering switching brands. I shouldn’t have to strain my coffee with a regular coffee filter prior to drinking it…
