Good chicken

This bag of chicken tenderloins was a very good price. I found a little bone in one of pieces. Another piece had something on it also. Just check every piece before cooking. One thing I have to say is there was no frost on these tenderloins. A lot of times at some stores there is so much frost and ice in the bag. The chicken had a good flavor.

Purchased as one of the meat options for a barbeque night with a group of eleven. Marinated some in teriyaki and some in cajun butter and placed on bamboo skewers on the grill. These tenderloins held the marinade flavors really, really well and didn't dry out. They were quick to cook for the rotation of meat on the grill, to quickly feed a lot of hungry people. Defrosted in fridge first and marinated over night.
