PLEASE bring back the Caribbean Food Delights SPICY BEEF PATTIES! The Island Joes Beef Patties are terrible. The meat is skimpy and not properly minced. And the crust....OMG, the crust is hard and NOT flaky at all. Such a disappointment. Anyone who has ever eaten a real beef pattie in/from Jamaica knows that the crust should be flaky and the meat should be generous and nicely minced.

I am so disappointed in the purchase. These beef patties barely have any meat on them and the crust is disgusting. You can’t even break the patties apart smh. I’m not sure what happened to the previous patty supply but please bring it back because these may be “fiscally responsible” for Sam’s Club but they are absolutely horrible for your loyal customers. They look and taste cheap.

Bought these out of curiosity. Baking it makes it just slightly flaky, but still has those hard edges. Microwaving it makes it a rock, basically. Aside from that, the meat itself tastes like the same spice they use on cheap spicy food. No real flavor aside from that. Not worth the money or effort, look elsewhere.

If you love Jamaican beef patties but can’t find fresh real ones in your area these are a great substitute and will get you that fix. Don’t expect it to have the same exact quality of one right out of a Jamaican restaurant and you will be satisfied. It’s a nice treat for sure though. I microwave it just to warm it up then bake for a few minutes to get the dough crispy. I’ll continue to buy.

So just became comfortable buying Caribbean Food Delights and then just like that it went away. I gave this new brand a chance and it is not nearly the same. The filling is tolerable however the pastry dough for the turnover/empanada/patty was tough to chew it was prepared microwave and oven on another one. Same less than desirable outcome. The Caribbean Food Delights Spicy Beef Patties were also individually wrapped but used a microwavable packaging that created a more desirable less tough and easily to bite into beef patty. This has not been a happy transition to this product change.

I have no idea why Sam's decided to change from the brand Carribean Delight. I have been a customer for many years and I have ALWAYS made it a point to stock up on these tasty beef patties. Now Sam's is offering this disgusting mess as a replacement and it does not even come close to measuring up. I pray that this is not a permanent change because that would be VERY disappointing. Please bring back the Carribean Delight beef patties. Do not fix something that isn't broken.

This was horrible. It's mostly hard crust and less meat and the meat tasted weird. This was a bad choice to replace the Caribbean delight beef patties. This is no where close to the authenticity of a Jamaican beef patty. This is an insult to it. I want the other patty back in stock.

These patties are greasy and the meat taste funny. Please bring back the old Caribbean Food Delights spicy patties! I still have a couple of the old ones in my deep freezer, which still taste great when thawed and reheated. The packaging on the new patties will easily incur freezer burns!

I buy these for a quick easy meal or snack mostly for my teens. My family is Jamaican so we are familiar with what a good beef patty taste like. I usually buy Golden Krust but this was the only option so i bought it.I could tell there was something wrong when a week after buying these, the box was open but still almost full. When I asked my kids why they are not eating them, my daughter said they don't taste good! We usually put them in the air fryer, but this brand took forever to cook all the way through. And the taste is very bland. World not but then again. Get Golden Krust instead! Better brand for frozen patties!

I have never wrote a review before but the way I feel about these disgusting patties deserves a review . I bought these after my beloved Caribbean food delights which r soooo delicious was replaced by this cardboard box of a beef patty . This is not a substitute this is a slap in the face to the consumer . Crust not flaky at all the taste of the meat indescribable with a weird after taste ! Spice can’t help this plastic tasting beef patty . Please bring back Caribbean food delight
