I was pleasantly surprised with the outside crust and taste of the Beef Patties. The outside is a light and flaky pie crust which compliments the inside beef stuffing. The beef stuffing is like a sloppy joe but with a Jamaican Jerky flavor. I don't know if I would have this as a main meal but can see this more of a snack between meals or an excellent appetizer if one were to cut it up into pieces and serve before the main meal. This would be a college students go to if they were looking for something easy to bake.

I got thees a month ago since we had recently been to a Jamaican restaurant, and like these pies. Joe’s were a welcome addition to our freezer. I cooked them in our air frier and they came out flaky and hot. We enjoyed them a lot. I would have liked it if they were a little spicier but my wife disagreed. Al in all a nice pie!

Not our favorite. Although these cooked up nicely in the air fryer and looked like they were going to be wonderful, we found that they lacked in flavor. We really wanted to love them and make them a quick go to meal. My children wouldn’t eat more than a bite.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when trying these. They are bigger than I expected and look similar to a hot pocket but wider. The consistency of the meat isn’t what I expected, it’s more like a paste. The package says spicy but I didn’t think it was very spicy. I’m not familiar with what “Jamaican style “ is so maybe that’s why I didn’t care for this. Not bad tasting, just okay.

These were mixed for us. Some in the family liked them while others did not. I'm thankful that I have kids that are willing to try new things! I think a few of the kids weren't fans of the spices used. But I dont think that should take away from the product

the Caribbean ones are easier to prepare andtaste much better!¡ Please bring them back

The heat is tolerable but where is the sweet coming from? Where are the authentic herbs and spices? Not even a hint of turmeric. The bright orange dye color is overkill. Annatto is authentic and wouldn't look like dayglo. This is a situation where you hope for a Corvette would settle for a Charger but end up with a Yugo. I've shared with others to keep from trashing and they all have had the same opinion.
