I purchased the Firm mattress and have had it about a month, and it has really made a difference in my sleep and helped greatly with my lower back pain. I would call it more of a medium firm, the memory foam top really adds to the comfort but there is a firm layer under that which adds great support. Sleeping on this mattress along with an adjustable base and I do not want to get out of the bed in the morning.

This is my initial reaction; we chose the Queen Firm - I was worried about the firmness (specifically that the mattress would be way too soft). The rating scale of 1-10 seemed subjective (Medium was 5-6 & Firm was 7-8). Our old traditional mattress was called ‘Firm’ by Sealy and it felt like lying on a brick while sleeping even though there was a cushioned feel if you pushed down while standing next to the bed. My wife and I are in our 60’s and have developed shoulder pain recently from sleeping on that mattress. The Members Mark Hybrid ’Firm’ is perfect … stable but like a pillow-top topper that gives for comfort and support but gently firm below. In the box it was very heavy but unboxing was easy. The air rushed in quickly when vacuum seal was opened and it came into shape quick. Two of the corners aren’t perfect but it’s not a glaring defect - just a small folded and puckered spot. It’s going to be covered by sheets and blankets so it is a big non-issue. The cooling top is nice. I reasoned that we’ll spend 30% of our lives on this mattress so it will be worth the investment to be comfortable. If our sleep experience isn’t good then I’ll update my review but so far - I think this mattress and firmness choice will turn out to be perfect.

Hotel premier hybrid firm mattress. I purchased this mattress about 5 months ago and immediately noticed it was crooked the foam and coils didn't line up on some of the edges which resulted in one side of the mattress having no coils under the foam and caused it to gave way as soon as you sat on the edge. Husband already fell off the bed twice because of this, but the only reason we kept this long is because it took us so long to look for a mattress in the first place, we live 24 miles away from the store, and retuning it required us finding time and a vehicle big enough to transport back to the store. When you lie on the bed where all layers line up it is actually very comfortable which is why we found this so dissapointing going through the hassle of returning it and looking for a different mattress which we are still in the process of. If i could be garanteed this wouldn't happen again I would probably get it again since it was comfortable, but buying it and having to return it again if it comes out poorly assembled again is just not something I want to deal with.

This is a great mattress if you are a side, or back sleeper. We went with the Medium and it is more on the firm side which is what we were hoping for. Other reviews seem to describe this so that is how we made our decision. This is very supportive and supportive right to the edge of the mattress. This does not seem to get that warm and we did end up putting a mattress topper on it since my wife like a softer top. It really did not change much in my opinion since they just squish down to the actual mattress. Yes I would recommend this. I am 59 and a hard worker with the normal aches and pains that come with hard working and I definitely get a good nights sleep.

We ordered 2 Twin XL mattresses. Boxes claim to be Twin XLs but when we opened the boxes and allowed the mattresses to expand they measure as a regular Twin size mattress, 5 inches shorter than a Twin XL. All tags on the mattresses claim to be Twin XL.

This mattress killed my back. Was way too soft (I ordered the medium) and had to return before having it a week. The online return process has been a nightmare! It took 3 weeks for someone to pick it up and they said it will be another 2 weeks before I may possibly see my refund. I will never buy another large item online from Sam's Club again.

1 year review of the medium mattress by a 230lb side sleeper: Month 1: Foam was is so thick, its cloud like. Felt more like a plush than a medium. Months 2-3: Perfect. Slept great. Months 4-5: Noticing the foam layers are beginning to lose their loft. Month 6: Foam is starting to bottom out, I began to feel the coil spring layer on my side. Months 8-9: Mattress foam was no longer providing any support. I felt as if i was sleeping on a firm coil spring bed. I began thinking I'm going to need a new mattress soon.. 12 months: Mattress has been replaced and now in the towns dump where it belongs. I had high hopes for this mattress but the long term just isn't there.

Overall the mattress is nice and comfortable, however it is not a true king size mattress. The specs on the website list it as being 76x80, but it is only 77" long. When I put it in the bed frame I noticed a large gap at each end compared to our old mattress. My feet hang off the end. I guess that's how they offer the Sam's discount by removing 3 inches from every mattress.

This is our 3rd mattress in 4 months. Finally a winner! I am 130 lbs and no back or other issues. We first purchased the Nectar Premier mattress it was to soft. I had a backache from day 1 that never went away even during the day. Then we purchased a Serta perfect sleeper firm mattress. My back ache went away, but it was very hard. My shoulders hurt sleeping on my side. Absolutely no give at all in that mattress. Decided to take a chance and purchase this Sams Hotel Premier Hybrid medium mattress at Sam's Club. It's perfect! It is definitely comparable to a high-end mattress. Very comfortable and supportive without being to soft or firm. It does seem very cool to sleep on which was also important to us. My only negative which is minor to me is it should be 14 inches high but mine measures 13 inches. Hope it holds up for years.

I got this to replace a mattress that cost about 3x this price of this one. I was leery to order something I hadn't laid on but read that Sam's has an awesome return policy, so it felt low risk. It arrived within a couple days. I was nervous that a mattress with springs would be rolled up in a box. However, once I cut the plastic off, the mattress decompressed and seemed full height within minutes. I did smell a slight chemical off gassing the first night, but not after that. I am really pleasantly surprised with this mattress... compared to my expensive one, which was also a hybrid, it is just as comfortable, has the perfect amount of give with the memory foam, but the support of the spring base. I got the medium. I have been sleeping great. I am a side and back sleeper. It has not seemed to sleep hot at all... if anything, it feels a little cooler. I would say the sides are maybe not as reinforced as my $$ mattress, but that's not a big deal to me, as I don't sit on the side of my bed for anything. I am waking up with ZERO back and hip pain, which is why I replaced my mattress to begin with. I was having SI join pain, tightness all down my legs and even in my obliques (I am a fit 45 year old female, 5'3" 120 lbs). I was beginning to think it was just some aging aches and pains, but am just so relieved to have zero pain now!
