If I had a larger 'leak', the pads couldn't absorb it fast enough. I regularly use the bigger pads though and feel very comfortable doing so.

They are a lightweight pad that is thin and not too bulky. The pad holds a lot of liquid and I am able to wear one of these and not get irritation. A lot of the thick pads make give me rashes and blisters because I have sensitive skin. With these pads I don't have to worry about blisters. They actualy help control the sweating that occurs with the use of pads. These are unscented and work amazing. I highly recommend it!

I did not feel like I needed to add a light pad with wings underneath to help any side spill. I might even wear with light or white pants; come season.

I like the long length which provides sense of security. The top layer stays dry for hours which I really appreciate. No irritation caused. I highly recommend this product.

I have to use the bathroom often due to overactive bladder. The Poise pads prevent me from having to spend my life in the restroom for every little drop that needs to come out.
