My brain doesn't get a message from my bladder when I need to go. Therefore I go as many as nineteen times in twenty four hours. If I am not within steps of the bathroom, I don't make it. I am 71 years old and use the overnight pads all day and all night. With luck, one lasts all day, but sometimes I have as many as four accidents a day. Poise lets me keep those accidents secret from the rest of the world. I can empty my bladder with no telltale signs that are visible to the world. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I admit that I have a leaky bladder and rely on pantiliners daily. I have been for years now. I tried the Poise Fresh Protection Maximum Regular (droplet 5) for my daily needs. First, I must mention that these pads are much thicker than what I am used to. In the beginning, the thickness did not bother me, but after about 5 days, I couldn't weat them regularly. My tush was feeling raw, and depending on what fabric underwear I was wearing, the pad would bunch up. Cotton underwear works better than silk/smooth ones. I will say, though, that the pads kept odor away, and I did feel fresh. I think perhaps a smaller droplet size would work better for me.

It was the extra protection that I needed and it kept me dry. I especially like the coverage and not having to worry about any unexpected accidents.

I like to hike and workout at the gym and I feel confident with these Poise pads that they will get me through a long hike or a hard workout.

I have been using Poise pads for some time, but as my bladder problem has become worse I find that I now need the pad for max absorbancy but the length (even though listed as regular) is much too long to be discreat. I need a pad with the max absorbancy but the regular length of 10 inches. I have purchased these pads and then found I had to cut the ends off as to not have sitckiing out evidence. It is not that I am a little skinny woman, but I am sure that there are more women that have the same problem I do. I just purchased another pack of Max pads that says regular length, opened them and found that they are about 13 inches long, I will return them and then I don't know what I will do for pads.

Although they are thicker than I used to use but they do keep my underwear dry. Even though it does not have a wing , it does thick and it does stays in place and zero moving. No complains whatsoever so far it’s doing the job. I feel very comfortable using them. I Like the fact that it does not come with a chemical or a strong scent. Five start for sure.
