It is absolutely perfect for leak protection whether you use these for menstruation or bladder leaks. I love that the pad have lines on the bottom of them to show you where the front is so no confusion. The thickness/length of the pad does take a bit of getting used too, I think it's crucial for it to be this way to prevent leaks and that poise really knows what they are doing.

I wore them during the day and while sleeping. Perfect to keep you protected in bed. Easy to open and dispose of. The absorbency was very well, I had no leaks.

These are also helpful for the time you are sleeping because the absorbency is the maximum they make for this type of incontinence pad. The longer length gives more confidence that they will absorb and keep you dry.

The adisive works almost too well. On my first application I needed to readjust as it wasn't in the right placement, however on removing it, I'd ripped straight through to the inner section. This caused this one to become unusable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved Poise 5 drop regular - maximum absorbamcy pads curtesy of Influenster in exchange for an honest and thorough review. Upon opening the pads the first thing I noticed was the length. I am a smaller person so they are lindof long for me, but I would rather have too long than too short. But they were perfect for my sister who is full figured. Again, the width was a little wide for me, they kindof bunched up, again they were great for my sister. All that means to me is I just need to find a smaller size. I was happy with the thickness, they are thinner than other brands and seemed to have better absorbsnxy. I drizzled a tablespoon of water onto a pad and pressed down on it, feeling on a very slight dampness. Upon wearing them I noticed that the material along with being light weight comforable and absorbent was quite breathable which is very important to me as I live in Florida.. I was able to wear one with all day protection without any irritation and without feeling hot or bulky. They don't show a bulky buldge which is great as well. They also have great odor control. They trap in odor, they don't mask it with an overwhelming "fresh" scent. Again which is great for me because the Florida heat amplifies everything. I can go all day without worrying I might dribble if I'm too far from a bathroom, I don't worry about laughing, sneezing, or coughing. They give me a sense of security and assurance. All in all I will definitely purchase these again and recommend then to others with bladder leakage issues.

They are comfortable to wear. They absorbed the wetness away from her skin and her clothes stayed dry.She will be using them more now that they are not so bulky.I will recommend them to everyone that needs them.
