My mother has used Poise for years, since she began experiencing bladder leakage in its earliest stages. She always said Poise was the best product out there. She is Spanish speaking so that's why I'm submitting this entry. She is now in the 5 absorbency. But for quite some time she has been back and forth from the regular length to the longer length, as she prefers the normal length, but has reluctantly resorted to the longer length to prevent wetting her underwear, but still is not satisfied with the results. I've tried to talk her into trying the 6 absorbency, normal length, but she insists that the problem is not in content amount, but that the quality of the product materials has diminished. She is not concerned with the design, but again, that the quality of the product materials has diminished, and that's what is upsetting her about the product. Manufacturers think they can fool a customer and that is not so. They build a reputation, then they lower the quality of materials to optimize their profit, and specially loyal customers are the first to note the difference. I'm being honest with no intention to bad mouth. She doesn't want to have to wear an unnecessarily bulkier pad if she doesn't have to, and on top of that be forced into upgrading absorbency, compromising comfort, and spending more money. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were ok. I'll admit I didn't use them for leaks, but for periods and they were fine but I prefer others. Would not repurchase for this reason, but again I didn't use them for intense purpose. Did. Ot experience any leaks.

I wish they were a little longer in order to protect when lying on back AND/OR front. I would recommend Poise pads to anyone who has incontinence problems. They are the best of all the products that I have tried so far. I use the max long pads for daytime protection and I love them also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are fairly comfortable, but a bit bunchy so I recommend not wearing a skirt or anything. Jeans seemed to be the best. They definitely held up to their end of the bargain! I received them as a sample for free!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Poise is one of those brands that has deservingly been synonymous with feminine care and urinary health. While I do not currently struggle with incontinence, I had a recent UTI that required the use of these. I do also have a history of heavy periods and my doctor recommended this exact pad, so I I value how multi-purpose these are. They are a tad bulky but honestly they are comfortable, soft, and the security I feel for leak protection is worth it. They do stick on well to underwear too, so I rarely have to worry about the fit being weird or them shifting around. I also hate pads with wings, so the fact that these stay in place so well without annoying wings is a bonus. Overall, these are well made pads that get the job done and while they may not be the most discreet to carry around, sometimes that’s the sacrifice you make for utility!
