The long pad ensures confidence that it will keep you dry and will not leak through. I recommend Poise maximum long length for everyday and night use.

I always thought it would be to bulky but not at all. Think of times you had a flare up these would be what would work! Face It sometimes a dam is what we need

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the length of the Poise Originals Maximum Absorbency Long Length. This helped in keeping me dry. This also helped with the odor that other pads fail to do. I felt comfortable knowing that I did not have to worry about leaks nor the smell. I also did not have to worry about water or not my clothes would be wet or stained. These are an excellent product and I highly recommend them for anyone who has bladder issues with leakage to try.

They are way too thick, too wide in the crotch area and when you go to remove the pad, the adhesive sticks to your underwear every time and does not come off easily, if at all. I would never buy or recommend.

Having used the #5 long for years and then purchasing 3 boxes (12 packages, 39 pads each), I used half package and now have a urinary tract infection!!!!!! The new pads DO NOT absorb as well and they have a tendency to leak out the sides. I will be looking for a substitute and will throw these 12 packages in the trash!!!!!!

For the most part they kept me dry;. Only problem I had was my fault by not listening to my bladder. The best part is that there is no odor. I also found them comfortable to wear. They are the only pads I use now

AND THE LIQUID STAYS TRAPPED INSIDE REDUCING ODOR. COMFORTABLE EVERY DAY NO MATTER WHAT! THIS PRODUCT DOES WHAT NO OTHER TYPE OF PAD CAN DO.

I use maximum length, maximum absorbency pads. I have had serious incontinence problems for years. I am secure in the knowledge that I never have an odor, nor do I ever have wet undies. I've used other name brands and generic brands, none are as reliable as Poise. I've recommended to other women and all have agreed that Poise is the best.
