[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These have great absorption for women with heavier leaks. They provide great leak protection but are on the larger/thicker side for my needs. I only experience minimal incontinence. Good fit and comfortable. Definitely pads I would use during the night time if my bladder leakage gets worse.

They leak around outside and shift around next thing your know wet undies! I like a pad that keeps me from worrying that I will overflow the pad, my pull ups and my clothes. Sorry but these strike out. Please don't drop our oldies but goodies!

I have been using Poise pads for some time, but as my bladder problem has become worse I find that I now need the pad for max absorbancy but the length (even though listed as regular) is much too long to be discreat. I need a pad with the max absorbancy but the regular length of 10 inches. I have purchased these pads and then found I had to cut the ends off as to not have sitckiing out evidence. It is not that I am a little skinny woman, but I am sure that there are more women that have the same problem I do. I just purchased another pack of Max pads that says regular length, opened them and found that they are about 13 inches long, I will return them and then I don't know what I will do for pads.

I'm so happy to report, my search is over now that I've tried The Poise fresh protection maximum absorbency pads. Normally, maximum absorbency pads are so thick, stiff, itchy and just outright uncomfortable. Not with these! They are so soft, you barely know anything is there. I was so surprised by this. After having 4 babies, my menstrual cycles are much heavier now so I really need a pad that absorbs wetness without leaking etc. The Poise pads do just that. I haven't experienced any wetness or leakage whatsoever. You actually wouldn't know anything was on the pad, unless you check. This was HUGE for me and a total lifesaver. I'm very busy and I work in the medical field so I don't always have time to take a bathroom break. Wearing the Poise pads keeps me dry and comfortable and I don't have to change my pad until halfway through the day. I really love the FreshSense technology too. I work very closely with patients so keeping odor free during my menstrual cycle is extremely important. These Poise pads have been a total game changer and I highly recommend them to all women, especially those who have had children and need that extra protection and peace of mind.

I was so disappointed for her when the hourglass shape pad was not longer available. Much to my surprise, I am very pleased with this product. The lining seems so be softer and the absorbency is good. Thank you for providing coupons to make our transition easier and willingness to try something different.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was good, it was a little bulky and stiff but very absorbent. the packaging was a little difficult to get into the adhesive was very stick to the point it did not want to come off my undies. The length was ok for day use but not night time for a bigger gal. Overall this is a great product that compares well with other on the market

You're about to lose a faithful customer. I do not like the new and improved pads. They don't fit and I've had more soiled panties and pants in the last two (2) months than I have in the last 10 years. Why did you change a good product? Why, why, why? Please make them a little longer and more absorbent again. I feel like a giant trying to wear something for a midget.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The poise maximun absorbency might not be completely leek proof but it does last a long time protection during the day. Similar to cotex night pads except poise offers the same protection on a normal everyday pad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] they don't stick well to the underwear but other than that they work well at absorbing, they could mask odor better than they do, length is good and absorbency is good. I would recommend these, if they stuck better they would be an excellent product
