So it's easier for me to redirect and clean up. I use it twice at the same time. One as you want and the other I stick to the back of my Panties vertically (Think T shape) This also allows me to sleep on my side without too much leaking, it replaces the product Smoke at night for me because it works better. Even using two phones, they're still quite a bit cheaper than a fully absorbent soft product and also a LOT cheaper than disposable underwear. They are very comfortable, don't feel sticky and thick like regular tampons, are instant and still have a dry feeling. Soft. Will buy again.

I always feel confident when I am wearing my Poise Maximum strength pads. I know that if I should cough or sneeze that I don't have to worry about leakage. I am comfortable wearing my Poise pad day and night, free from soiling my clothing or my bed. I am so thankful for your wonderful product.

I tried a competition pad because it was new on the market, what a mistake! It fit so poorly and the adhesive discinagrated within an hour. But, the absolute worst about the competion was the smell. The smell of this pad was sented with a very unpleasing odor. However, with Poise Pads I know the fit will always be comfortable, and it will stay put until I remove it. Absoutely no wories with it coming off at all. And as usual there is no scent, I can count on no offensive odor. Thanks Poise, I'll never find a better pad.

I use them when on road trips, amusement parks/etc and when I know there’s chance that I’m going to be laughing hard. I just recently tried the Max absorbency long length, I was very pleased with the protection they provided. The longer length gives you extra protection which made me feel more confident that there would be no leakage onto my clothing, therefore I was able to enjoy myself to the fullest extent knowing fhe Poise pads would absorb any leakage shouldnthe need arise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Poise, Long length pads are a must for any women with any level of heaviness. Not only are these pads long, they fit/wear like a wider pad. I did not feel like I needed to add a light pad with wings underneath to help any side spill. I might even wear with light or white pants; come season.

I do not have LBL but I do have periods that make me feel like I am pooring out blood, a super absorbent tampon and super absorbent pad type of affair. I honestly started to use this product out of desperation I was ruining my underwear and stinking. These pads were my answer to my problems! Not only did they absorb for hours but there was no horrible smell and no feeling of wetness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After receiving the package I opened it up and took out one of the pads. It was extra long and form fitting for comfort. I tried this product out immediately. I liked how it had elastic on the perimeter to stop any leakage that may occur. It was very comfortable and lasted all day long. I would recommend this product.

I had no worries using these Poise pads! I feel so much more confident to go out socially now and enjoy my family and friends!
