They absorb really well, the bad smell doesn't come out, they control the bad smell. They are very comfortable. The only thing is that if you bleed too much, these won't work for you. You will need bigger ones. They are very comfortable. There is one thing that I don't like: they are very thick. But for the rest, they are perfect. They don't bother me as long as I am at home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product! Stays in place all day and I don’t even notice it. I don’t have to worry about any leakage with this and it’s very comfortable. It’s also thick enough to absorb but still thin enough that I’m not self conscious about it sticking out under my summer clothes.

At first I was especially happy with hourglass shape, until over Thanksgiving, the pads suddenly started sticking to my underwear, and disintegrating the used pads. Since I was a guest at someone else's house it was horribly embarrassing to leave such a mess. Since then it has happened several more times. I can't continue to use this product if I can't count on it. I would be more than happy to change my recommendation if this problem is fixed. What a disappointment!

They keep you very dry and also they are leak proof. I would recommend these pads to all females that have bladder leakage and to females that have a heavy menstrual cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Poise 5 Drop Regular Maximum Absorbency Pads, and overall, I'm satisfied with their performance. These pads provide excellent absorbency, effectively handling moderate to heavy leaks without any discomfort or leakage issues. I feel secure and protected throughout the day, which is a big plus. However, they are a bit bulky, which can be noticeable when wearing certain clothes. Despite this, their effectiveness makes up for the slight bulkiness, especially if you're looking for reliable protection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are very good for overnight bladder leaks! They are VERY absorbant, and the adhesive is sticky! They are super bulky feeling to me, but I guess to achieve it's goal, it has to be. I would have preferred some type of adhesive "wing" to help keep in in place because we toss and turn while we sleep. It has no noticeable fragrance. Overall, a great product choice for those with bladder leaks. I'm sure they would also be great for postpartum use as well. I appreciate that they are individually wrapped, as that is great for travel!

The poise pads fits good but I find I often leak on the sides and at the back end. I find when I have a sudden urge to urinate and have difficulty holding the urine it leaks from the pad to the panties when I try to sit on the toilet.The pad does not absorb the water that fast. Would prefer if the sides of the pads were contoured and the absorbency were improved. Another important factor is odor control when you need to wear the pad for a longer period of time. I have switched from other brands 3 years ago and am reasonably happy with the product. Also when you change packaging please put the previous packaging details on the new package. Thanks for listening and hopefully we will be able to have comfortable and safe product.

I am using my 1st package of poise pads with the 'scalloped', contour front and lavender backing. These pads leak because of their new shape and thinness. They do not protect and I cannot rely on them to go out in public. I have been a loyal Poise user for many years but I have to find something that works.
