I was pleasantly surprised with the Pouse Original Maximum Absorbency Long Length. The key to these was the long length. It provided far more secure protection than the regular length. The adhesive kept the pad in place smoothly with no bunching. The absorbent material is by far better than any other brand I have tried. I would highly recommend this product and am glad I've finally found one that fits my needs.

After using Poise pads for many years, the newly designed "maximum absorbency regular length" are very disappointing. They do not absorb as well as the old design and they have a tendency to roll up. I never had a problem with the old (white & pink) design-will be looking for a different product in the future.

The adhesive is durable, the pads hold their shape nicely even after long wear, and they can be used WITHOUT the adhesive on things like high waist girl shorts with a crotch opening - they just settle into the right spot and stay there due to the curved shape. When doing this the paper that is supposed to be torn off is not uncomfortable and does not come loose.

I've been using Poise Pads for awhile now because they are the best performing bladder leakage pad out there. I've tried several and Poise stops leaks and controls moisture better than the other leading pads. Can't tell you how many times I was grateful for Poise's protection! Areas that could improve: Pad could stand to be a bit wider to cover my panties better and odor protection could improve. Other than that, Poise is great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I prefer 5 Original Design Long if you still make them. Also I can get by with Original Design Long - 12 hr feel, but I do not need this much absorbtion. I use them in case of a bad sneeze, coughing a lot, or a deep cough.

The poise pads fits good but I find I often leak on the sides and at the back end. I find when I have a sudden urge to urinate and have difficulty holding the urine it leaks from the pad to the panties when I try to sit on the toilet.The pad does not absorb the water that fast. Would prefer if the sides of the pads were contoured and the absorbency were improved. Another important factor is odor control when you need to wear the pad for a longer period of time. I have switched from other brands 3 years ago and am reasonably happy with the product. Also when you change packaging please put the previous packaging details on the new package. Thanks for listening and hopefully we will be able to have comfortable and safe product.

I am using my 1st package of poise pads with the 'scalloped', contour front and lavender backing. These pads leak because of their new shape and thinness. They do not protect and I cannot rely on them to go out in public. I have been a loyal Poise user for many years but I have to find something that works.
