As a result of a birth defect, I've always been incontinent. I'm 45 and have made discretion an art form:) As you can imagine, I've tried most products on the market and Poise Moderate Regular length works for me. I typically change pads every 2 or so hours, no leaks, no hassles. The smaller panty-liners work great for the beach. I'm very active, happily married, and have a successful career. After years of workarounds and unreliable products, it's freedom having a product that meets my needs. I hope you find that's true for you too.

Product used to be comfortable before they cut down on the padding in the middle. It rolls in the middle leaving only the thin paper on the sides causing it to leak a lot on the sides. I’ve used the maximum pad for many years but will be looking at other makers who haven’t cheapened the product. Very disappointing. They need to know how women are built.

I've been wearing Poise for many years and I'm totally disappointed with the 'new' design. I wear the 5 long max. The pad doesn't fit well and doesn't absorb anywhere near what it used to. It's way too thin and totally bunches up in the middle. I agree with a previous reviewer - These pads must have been designed by a man. Please let me have my old pads back. There was nothing wrong with them. These 'new' pads are as unsatisfactory as the other brands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would have given this product 5 Stars except for one VERY serious flaw. NO WINGS!!! I am tired of having to keep changing my underwear because the leakage comes out the sides when I have mild incontinence. Wearing pads with higher absorbency doesn't work because it only means that they are longer in length. I need the absorbency in the middle and to have wings to keep the pad flat so that it doesn't end up bunching up in the middle and protects my underwear. When I have an accident the pad is still completely dry on the top and bottom and the sides of my underwear are wet as well as the middle of the pad. With all the wonderful reviews obviously this isn't an issue a lot of women have,but I cannot be the only one that has this problem. Unfortunately, I have had to go back to period pads because I'm tired of having to change my underwear along with changing the pad every time I have leakage. I may have to change it more often with a period pad but at least that's all I have to change because my underwear stays dry when I use a pad with wings. It's too bad really because if it had wings this would be a perfect product for me.

I have been using Poise for years, 6 long length. The new pads are not as good as the previous ones. They leak, do not hold as much moisture & are thinner than before. I bought the largest pack available, used only 3 & switched to a different brand and gave the Poise to a friend. If you change back to the old style, I will be back. But, until then I'm sorry I won't be buying Poise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Poise pads are very absorbent, stay dry feeling, and are very comfortable to wear. Honestly, I couldn't even tell I had them on. I've been using a store brand pad, and I'm going to switch to these Poise pads. I am very impressed.

I like that they curve up slightly on either side to add to the protection. They are very absorbent, and make me feel more secure. I worry less about leaks in these. I don't have time to change these often, so I appreciate all of the protection I can get. They do a great job of holding in both odor and liquid. Poise is a good brand that I trust completely. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who needs them.

I actually only use these sometimes at night as I live with extremely, severe total full body chronic pain disease and so on some nights when my pain is even more extreme and severe I need protection and these are the best protection of all, as I don't have to worry at all when I sleep for long periods as I know I will be totally safe with using them. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads are for bladder, leakage protection. The pad is kind of on the thick side, somewhat thicker than a regular maxi pad. I was able to wet the pad to see what the leakage was like and if I felt any moisture. The pad has a gel inner core. It says that it keeps moisture away, but that is not true upon touching the top of the pad. I could still feel wetness.  if someone has a lot of leakage, this pad would probably help them. As the bottom is waterproof and it does hold a lot of liquid. However, for me, I don’t like the fact that it’s too thick and that to touch I could still feel moisture, so it did not pull the moisture away. As far as odor control, I did not smell any odor.
