The length was perfect to cover a good area in my underwear and were built so that it hugs the genitalia well and offers extra protection against leakage. This particular pad is a bit bulky in thickness but as long as it gets the job done. The material did not irritate my skin which is a plus. Not something I would wear daily at this time but was great for a long day of air travel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Poise fresh protection maximum long, was disappointing. The absorbency is there but these do not stick or flatten. The sides meant to stop side leaks actually created leaks for me because they did not stay up to create a ridge. The length would be wonderful if it stuck and didn’t shift like a truck hauling a trailer. The feel of the pad is nice, no plastic net type feeling and what went on the pad was absorbed and not left damp.

They are too light for me for overnight use, but more than adequate for day use. The material does not irritate my sensitive skin. Which is a really good fit for us plus size ladies. They're slightly bigger and thicker than the regular size 4 pads. Think of it as an old school maxi pad. But truly, they are a lifesaver. If I know I'm going somewhere where I'm going to laugh hysterically, these are a must.

I have issues with leakage throughout the day, and depending on the activity sometimes it’s a lot of leakage. I decided to give these a try and so glad I did because now I can go through the day feeling dry due to the amazing absorbency! There is absolutely no odor and it fits so comfortably I forget I am even wearing a pad. These are a must have for me and I give them 5 stars!
