I am a young man, who experiences stress incontinence. These pads fit wonderfully in the front of briefs and are sure to keep me dry no matter how much I leak! They are thick enough to be very absorbent and discreet enough for me to wear to school under my usual clothes without fear of discovery. They are very comfortable and affordable. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It definitely works, and helps in times where I might have had leakage, however it does has some set backs for me. The adisive works almost too well. On my first application I needed to readjust as it wasn't in the right placement, however on removing it, I'd ripped straight through to the inner section. This caused this one to become unusable.

I am a 40 year old plus size gal and I use "6" the overnight ones that are wider in the back. I take a fluid pill and when I am working or busy with other things, when I got to I got to go! These pads help me keep my clothing dry in case i leak! I still get my period as well and I use them during that time as well. I have tried other brands and always return to Poise!

I received a free sample, and had it on approximately two hours but it really didn't do very well for me. It leaked terribly on the sides. I haven't tried the thin one because I honestly was afraid to. I couldn't see it staying very dry for me at all. Sorry!!!

But to my surprise they not only stayed in place but were very discreet and did more that what I would have hope for. Locked in moisture kept me dry and allowed me to go about my day as if they were not there.

My only issuer us with the thickness of the pad we I felt that it could easily be seen under my clothing. It also bunched up which allowed for a few accidents.
