I’ve tried others and none were as long or absorbent as these! No leaks, are comfortable and no odor. I will continue to use these pads from now on.

Having used the #5 long for years and then purchasing 3 boxes (12 packages, 39 pads each), I used half package and now have a urinary tract infection!!!!!! The new pads DO NOT absorb as well and they have a tendency to leak out the sides. I will be looking for a substitute and will throw these 12 packages in the trash!!!!!!

My 12 hour poise pad actually stayed right in place; very comfortable, barely knew it was there, and kept me dry. I am a Poise faithful customer now. Thank you. I definitely recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They're a little bulky, but it's not uncomfortable. They seem to fit well and are good for medium-heavy flow. I just would be careful as to what pants to wear if you don't want it to be noticeable.

Although this would not have been my normal choice for leak protection due to the size of the pad, this was a very comfortable option and it did provide great breath ability and comfort throughout the day. The fit was excellent and although it was a little more thick than I would have hoped for it did the job well and you really didn’t feel like you were wearing it at all. The comfort was great. It hugged your needed areas and provided the protection needed without being embarrassed by unexpected leaks. I am used to having a pad with wings, and although this did not have that option, it still stayed in place just fine without any issues. I would recommend this brand for great functionality and comfort throughout the day.

When I did have an accident, it absorbed fast into the pad and left me feeling fresh and clean. I had no problem with the pad showing through my clothes. These things really protect against odor.

Poise Originals Maximum Absorbency Long Length has everything I could want, long length for full coverage, great absorbency areas in places that need extra protection, and fits great. The pads stay where you place them for a long duration, keeps you dry between leaks, and the smell is just not there. I would highly recommend these pads to anyone who has bladder leakage problems, as this pad can hold a lot of urine in dire times of needs.

I use maximum length, maximum absorbency pads. I have had serious incontinence problems for years. I am secure in the knowledge that I never have an odor, nor do I ever have wet undies. I've used other name brands and generic brands, none are as reliable as Poise. I've recommended to other women and all have agreed that Poise is the best.

Although I have to admit that my leakage problem is for sudden bursts that equal a large amount really fast. Before my problem got this bad, though, it would've been perfect. It was soft and stayed where I put it.
