For the most part they kept me dry;. Only problem I had was my fault by not listening to my bladder. The best part is that there is no odor. I also found them comfortable to wear. They are the only pads I use now

As mentioned, the pads are maximum in length which provide adequate coverage for fuller women. The five drop protection locks in the wetness and absorbs it away from your body. Not only does the pad lock in the moisture, it locks in any odor also. They are comfortable to wear and cause no chafing or rubbing. I do like that they are individually wrapped which makes it easier to travel with on the go.

They helped prevent leaks and were not bulky like most pads so I didnt feel like they were showing. They worked so good I recommended them to my family who also have trouble with leaks. I have been using this product for at least 3 years, I've tried the other brands but I like POISE. I wanted to share how I use the wrappers. They are very easy to open up at the seams, then I continue to open it to make a rectangle. I roll the used pad and wrap it up with the wrapper. neat package. I also use "Doggie" bags to store the used pad. They have a scent that will cover any odor and keeps my trash can clean. At the end of the day I dispose of the "Doggie" bag into my regular trash can.

the product for the most part is good. somehow i think it's the anatomy of the woman's body is the problem. we have a whole pad whether it regular length or long length I find the within continence only one area of the pad is saturated. usually the middle to the front section and the rest is dry . also , because of where the pad is located between the thighs it get squished so the is a small to moderate amount of leakage. It's just enough to be annoying. Warranting one to have to change your underwear and pants.
