My mother uses the regular length since she is a bit on the shorter height size. The HourGlass Poise pads fit more curved. Both products are wonderful to use, just tailor to your need for secure comfort.

I have used these hourglass pads for a long time and I keep getting packages of them that when they get wet they smell terrible , like a bed chemical smell.
