My mother uses the regular length since she is a bit on the shorter height size. The HourGlass Poise pads fit more curved. Both products are wonderful to use, just tailor to your need for secure comfort.

I have tried other brands in the Ultimate size, and Poise wins the leakage test for me. Great for overnight or when out on a long trip. They hold a lot of pee! :-)

Telling me the length is “long” or “extra long” is meaningless with no point of reference. Tell me IN INCHES!!!! I’ve bought “long” & it wasn’t long enough. Stupid. Not buying again.
