[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve tried a lot of different pads for bladder leaks, but the Poise Five Drop Long Maximum Absorbency ones are honestly one of the best I’ve found. The length gives me peace of mind, especially at night or when I’m going to be out and about for a while. They’re super absorbent without feeling bulky or uncomfortable, and they stay in place really well—no awkward shifting or bunching up. I also appreciate that they don’t have a strong scent, which I prefer. They keep me dry and confident, and I never feel like I have to keep checking or worrying. If you deal with moderate to heavy leaks, these are definitely worth trying.

They are extra long and because they are breathable they are super comfortable and tons of wick away ability making them absorb really well. They did not leak and stayed in place. Super good for night time protection.

Poise does offer real-time protection against leaks and odor. The absorbency was better then average while still allowing an environment that has breathability. My disappointment came in around how they felt. I will say that these are much smaller then previous versions of Poise and other brands. However, I still found these to be a bit long and a little bulky. I also found that the longer you wore them, the more uncomfortable they felt. These would be good for I’d say around an 8 hr use. After that breathability and comfort go downhill rather quickly. So “would I buy these using my own money”? I’d say yes but I would not use them for the higher timeframe of the “up to 12 hrs” slogan. I would stick with 8 hrs or less.

I don’t often need pads with this much absorbency but they are great for overnight and those morning gushes or when do intense exercise. They are comfortable and soft and don’t chafe. They are just as breathable as other Poise pads. The adhesive is great and they stay lit without shifting or bunching.

Width coverage was amazing it didn’t leave any exposed area on the sides. Absorbency was great and didn’t leave me feeling wet. My only complaint would be length. The “long” pads weren’t long enough to feel confident about full coverage.

Very absorbent, at level 5 out of 8. States “maximum streams”, but I never got to that point, honestly. Although I could have used a less absorbent version, I feel like this could handle a “quick maximum stream”, as long as it was changed soon after.

They provide great protection from leaks and I forget I’m wearing them. They can hold fluid these pads are great and I can see myself buying them again.
