I usually buy the VIAJERO Panela cheese but decided to give this a try. It is good but for my taste not as creamy or cheesy taste as The VIAJERO. I like to take the plastic wrap off pat dry and cover it in paper towels then put it in the refrigerator for a few days to dry some more before I grill the panela cheese and the VIAJERO is so much better tasting, for this reason I go with the VIAJERO!

I never received it, I reported it and you don’t give refunds, I call customer service and you never answer! It would be nice to get a reimbursement of my money.

it tastes like rubber, no flavor. this is not really a "fresh" cheese
