Top 10 quality

I usually buy the VIAJERO Panela cheese but decided to give this a try. It is good but for my taste not as creamy or cheesy taste as The VIAJERO. I like to take the plastic wrap off pat dry and cover it in paper towels then put it in the refrigerator for a few days to dry some more before I grill the panela cheese and the VIAJERO is so much better tasting, for this reason I go with the VIAJERO!
