I have been using the same Tempurpedic mattresses since 1999. My old mattress is still going strong, but it was time to upgrade to a larger size. I bought my first new Tempurpedic mattress a few months ago, and I'm happy to say that the product is still excellent. The order was processed quickly and delivery was on time and trouble-free. From website, to my bedroom, the experience was fast, efficient and professional. In these challenging times, service quality from many companies have suffered greatly. Not with Tempurpedic.

It's very comfortable and supports my back. I have sciatic nerve problems and this bed has helped my back every day since I purchased it. The only down side is the cooling cover is not machine washable. This would be nice but it's not the end of the world.

This is our third Tempurpedic mattress. We really don't ever shop other brands. It's always interesting to see the latest models and upgrades. The delivery men brought it, installed it with no issues and were very professional. From the first night, we knew we'd chosen the perfect mattress for our needs. Tempurpedic, you did it again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first you might be surprised how hard it feels when you lay down, but as it gets adjusted to your body and warms up you won't find a better and more comfortable mattress out there . It supports you just in the right spots and you will ask yourself why you did not purchase it way earlier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this mattress after sleeping on a cheap competitor mattress for over 10 years. The medium is still quite firm but I've gotten used to it and I love sleeping in the bed. I also purchased the adjustable frame and now go to sleep every night in zero g with the massager on as I fall asleep. It is like being rocked to sleep on a cloud. Now the only thing they need to do is make this version with the soft model so you don't have to go up to the adapt pro to get a softer mattress.

The mattress is comfortable, but every set of sheets and mattress protectors (including the Tempur-Protect Mattress Protector) we've used are so slippery that they move all night long. The Tempur-Protect Mattress Protector was supposed to be non-slip, but it it is just as slippery as the other much less expensive ones we've tried.

We loved the first one which went with my wife when she entered a senior living facility due to her dementia. I wanted her to be as comfortable as she was when she was living at home. I missed it so much I bought one for myself also. No more back aches.

I purchased the pro-adapt (medium) and love it! I wish it wasn't so expensive so I could have purchased it sooner... but it was worth the wait! I sleep better, get a deeper sleep, don't wake up tossing and turning to get comfortable. I've looked at my Fitbit for sleep patterns & see where my deep sleep & REM are for longer periods! I wake up feeling rested & refreshed! I currently have regular flannel sheets on the mattress which keep sliding up on one side & bulging in the middle besides making me too hot, so I will be purchasing different sheets that actually fit the mattress better. I also purchased the adjustable base (ergo) and love that too! I purchased that 1st while I was paying off the mattress so I used it with my old mattress for about 6-7 months. Since having them both now, I incline the head every night (more than before) to help with my snoring. And now laying flat on a bed feels weird. Adjusting it several degrees feels comfortable but not so inclined you can't sleep comfortably. I haven't adjusted it to watch TV in bed, however there is a button to make the adjustment. It also has a vibrator (3 settings) for the back, which I've used and enjoy when my back hurts. All in all, both the mattress & adjustable base are definitely worth the money... and as I say, it's an investment in yourself and quality sleep!

Pro: What I love about the product is the motion free aspect. I am a light sleeper and I never feel my partner roll over which I never experienced with a regular mattress. With regards to comfort, no difference from my previous high end coil mattress so far but have only had the mattress for a month Con: Price
