I have purchased Tempurpedic bed toppers for other beds in my house and they came beautifully packaged, clean and flawless. This time when I purchased a topper it came in poorly repackaged, dingy looking and the cover had a rip in it. It was clearly one that someone had sent back after sleeping on it for 90 days. It was clear that quality control had not looked it over before rewrapping it, and I have no idea whether it was sanitized in any way. I am incredibly disappointed with a company that touts itself as being the absolute best. The product itself is good, but I expected better from Tempurpedic.

Replaced our mattress with the Tempur-Adapt Medium Hybrid. Our old mattress was a high end foam mattress and 17 years old but technology has changed a lot. Our sleep quality has drastically improved. We chose a hybrid for maximum support it provides for our lower back and hips. We are back/side sleepers and this mattress supports those positions best. I honestly can say we no longer wake up with lower back pain. We use to have to take naps but after we bought this mattress we rarely need them! We have an adjustable base and the mattress does not bunch up in the middle when raised. We also purchased a Tempur Cloud and a Tempur Essential Support Pillow. My husband loves the cloud because it is a bit softer and he is more of a back sleeper but I love the Essential because I mostly sleep on my side and it supports my neck perfectly.

I replaced a traditional spring that was easily 16 years old. I was overwhelmed with the mattress options out there. I settled on this one. I have never in my life slept so good and had quality rem sleep. I can't believe I waited so long to buy a new mattress! I absolutely love it!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the fact that the mattress is unique and versatile, when you lie on it in winter it seems to accumulate your heat, warming you up additionally, but in summer, on the contrary, it is not hot on it, the body doesn't sweat, the top layer seems to breathe. I didn't think that a mattress could be so comfortable, it adapts to the shape of my body, lying on it is very comfortable, not hard, my spine doesn't hurt, I wake up and nothing hurts, as often happens when you sleep on an uncomfortable mattress. Sleep is an important part of our life and a good comfortable mattress is a sacred thing. It is sewn perfectly, doesn't deform, there are handles on the back side to make it easier to take, it is not too heavy, it is of pleasant quality, you can immediately see that it is a good quality mattress. I will recommend it with a pure heart. Now sleep is only relaxation and pleasure.

Well when they came out to deliver the mattress they were only at our house for about 10 minutes. Very impressive. My first night sleeping on the mattress was an awesome experience. I absolutely love it. So does my sweet dog. We are truly enjoying a very wonderful experience with our wonderful mattress. There is absoluetly nothing that I dont love about it. Thanks for a very good mattress.

After reading through, watching tons of reviews, and trying out many mattresses I chose the Tempur Adapt. I sleep through the night. In one week my back, neck, and hip pain are gone! It was the poor mattress previous sleeping on. Truly an amazing difference. Even the dog loves it he digs the covers off so he's aon the actual bed. Give yourself a week + to get used to it especially if you slept on an innnerspring in the past it's different but a great different. Get the pillows to it's all worth the cost. I am going to use the 90 day sleep guarantee and step up one level to the Tempur Pro Adapt. Just a bit more cost wise but for me I want the additional 1" APR, (Advanced Pressure Relief), material and bit more cooling concept as I sleep hot. If you are considering a new mattress look no further!

I'd always assumed that I would hate a Tepur-pedic mattress as I'm not a big fan of memory foam type of pillows/mattresses. But I absolutely LOVE this mattress!! And the pillow that came with it at the time of purchase. I really feel like my body is supported in a custom way. I'm a side sleeper, and this mattress feels like it is cradling my hip and shoulder. There was a big of a smell for the first week or so but very mild. The only negative thing I have to mention is that a salesperson sold us a different brand mattress protector (not Tempur-pedic) that was pretty awful. It made the bed feel too warm. I then purchased a Tempur-pedic mattress protector and that took care of the temperature issue. Seriously, I wish I had bought this mattress years ago. Am sleeping better and waking up less stiff. Totally worth the money!!

The company honored our prior owned queen mattress on an adjustable frame with a credit toward a new Adapt Medium Hybrid. It fits the old frame and we find it very comfortable and we are especially happy with the additional support on the sides of the mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress replaced a Nectar which replaced an older sagging foam mattress. The Nectar is also rated as a medium firmness according to various mattress review/advertising sites but it conform to your body much like a slab of concrete does. I've been dealing with lower back pain for several years now and with the Nectar I could only lay on my back and would wake up with more stiffness and soreness than I had before going to sleep. The Tempur-Adapt has been amazing for my back regardless if I sleep on my back, stomach or side. When I go to sleep with a sore back from overuse I wake up with zero pain. Waking up pain free more than makes up for the cost of the mattress.

I bought the Medium Adapt Hybrid mattress with the adjustable base, pillows and sheets....and I LOVE all of them! After doing quite a bit of research, I know I made the best decision. My family and friends have asked me about the bed and I know some are on their way to enjoying and experiencing this sleep-changing qaulity product.
