It has just the right ampunt of firmness for people 170 lbs to 200 lbs. You sink in but not too overwhelming only to have a floating feeling with somewhat support. It is good for all positions , back , side , stomach sleepers. That's why it was exactly right amount of firmness, you don't sink in so much but it doesn't feel as hard surface. The Best for back sleepers. No more back pain and strained feeling. Feels cool but not too cool. I don't like very cool feeling so no problem for me, some may find it warmer side than Breeze models. Movement isolation is great. Regaining shape after pressure is faster and feels quality memory foam like. Side supports are good but not exceptional but good thing it gets back to shape very quickly and supportive even it sinks from the sides so no worries about falling out from sides.

We've had a Tempur-pedic for over 20 years and love these beds. I can't imagine sleeping on anything else. I've now put a Tempur-pedic topper in our guestroom and the bed is so much more comfortable now. I've had multiples shoulder and back surgeries and these truly are the only bad so I can sleep on.

I have the medium firm and im thinking maybe I should have either gone softer or I just need to give it more time to break in. For now we I still wake up in pain:( I think that after maybe 6 months of sleeping on it maybe it will soften up so I'm giving it a chance.

I have been having back issues for awhile which I felt stemmed from an old mattress. We landed on a split king Tempur-Pedic and zero gravity is amazing! My husband does not care for it or the split beds, but the comfort is top notch and the options to relieve pressure from the adjustable base is wonderful! My daughter plays club volleyball so the worst part about traveling now is knowing I will hate a hotel bed for 2 days and come back with back pains to work through again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used memory foam mattresses for years in my whole family. This mattress blows all of those other ones out of the water. At first we were a little skeptical about the firmness. Upon laying on the bed at first it feels like it is going to be a hard mattress, but as you lay on it you can feel your body kind of sinking into it. The mattress really does conform to your body. I used to toss and turn all night long trying to find a comfortable spot to sleep in. With this mattress I roll onto my side and I move maybe once during the night to readjust myself, because I no longer feel the aches from being in the same position while sleeping. I love that this mattress does not cause any aches and pains while sleeping in one spot for hours. I can even fall asleep better with this mattress. I have a hard time with falling asleep at night, but I get so comfortable and relaxed in this mattress that that hasn't been an issue. I used to have to take Melatonin just to be able to fall asleep. With this new mattress that has not been an issue for me. The one downside I think of this mattress has is the thickness. I personally prefer a thicker mattress, and a higher bed. That is a small issue in the grand scheme of things and I would choose a comfortable mattress over the depth of a mattress for visual reasons. I would recommend this mattress for anyone who wakes up with everyday aches and pains, because they WILL be gone. You will wake up refreshed and well rested! I had the Tempurpedic Classic Symphony for 12 years and it was the best!! But it began to sag so I used my pro-rated warranty claim for a new mattress and foundation. The Symphony had been discontinued so I was given the medium adapt which is completely different. I have had it for around four weeks and have been in such pain upon waking, in my back, legs, and neck. It is also much higher. I had to buy anothe brand Mattress Topper, which has really helped and really the only way I've been able to keep it. It is comfortable now with it. It's not fair that you not only lose the 90 day trial, but are also stuck with the purchase when you use your warranty. I wish they hadn't discontinued the Symphony as it was firm but plush and comfy. All of the representatives were all very helpful and friendly though, and the claim process was great, other than the fact that I am not happy with the mattress.

Too old school to go all out memory foam. Choose the hybrid. Still getting used to it, I was way over due for a new mattress. Feel like I sleep on the warm side, but I am happy with my choice. A bit on the firm side but I think that is best for me. My dogs are very happy with my choice too

Tempurpedic has knocked it out of the park with this bed and I've been sleeping better than I have in a long time. I was a little hesitant before buying because I've never owned a "non-spring" mattress but I'm so glad I decided to get this!

The adjustable frame is awesome, and at first I thought I'd never use the silly vibration part but now I'm singing a different toon, after a long day, it just rocks you to sleep! Everyone who comes to visit gets dragged into our room to give the new bed a try, I think we've already created some new customers! The only cons I have are the base is very very heavy if you have to move it, and the mattress topper is very slippery and I have a hard time getting the mattress cover to fit and stay, I realize it has one "built in" so to speak but with dogs , grandchildren and life in general I feel more confidant with one I can get on and off easily!
