[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mattress arrived in great shape. Took a couple of nights to get used to the new mattress. This is our second Tempur-Pedic mattress and it has not disappointed us. This mattress keeps you slightly cooler than our old Cloud mattress did, which is great. I haven't overheated once. Also, I am typically a toss and turn kind of sleeper, so this mattress is great for my wife, allowing her to sleep too! However, I do not toss and turn on this mattress even close to what I used to, plus I don't wake up with sore shoulders etc. and I am a side sleeper only.

But no more! It truly lives up to its name of "Adapt" as it adapts to your form, keeps and holds you there firmly, like a hug! I would have to say 5/5 stars for sure.

I KNOW my purchase was more than your average boxed mattress. But I sleep sound, less pain and confident that my mattress is going to last! Our last purchase was over 20 years ago! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchasing a new mattress after 25 years with our previous Tempurpedic, we were hesitant that the quality would still be the same. We were pleasantly reassured after sleeping in our new mattress. Super comfortable and didn't even need a break in period.

This is our second Tempurpedic mattress. The first one is 25 years old and still going strong in our other home. The new one is a Medium Hybrid. It feels a little soft to me, but I fear the firm would be too hard. Perhaps the hybrid coils are what give it its "softness". The mattress it replaced is 30 years old so anything would feel more comfortable.

After years of doing the snap, crackle and pop every morning, along with major hip pain, we purchased the tempur-pedic. Being a nurse, I knew the pain would not magically disappear overnight, in fact it would probably get worse before it got better since your body needs to readjust to more normal alignment. But now, just over 30 days in, I am happy to be waking up pain free! No noisy snap, crackle and pop. No more debilitating hip pain. No tossing and turning trying to find relief. Just a restful solid sleep for the first time in years!

I am grateful for the service I was offered. I love the comfort of TempurPedic.
