Great back support and comfy cozy too. At 70, I'm an aches and pains type who has to toss and turn to get comfortable. Not on this mattress. Once down, I'm done. No waking up two or three times a night to adjust. Did I say great back support? It just seems to engulf the body without becoming hot. Soft and smoothe. Did I say great back support?

It's so comfortable and it's definitely the best sleep I've ever had. Excellent support everywhere you need it! I would highly recommend the Tempur-EASE King Base as well. I've never slept better! I'm a side sleeper and I move throughout the night, but I also have some back problems from some car accidents, so I needed support with some "give". This mattress has it all. A nice soft top layer to allow some room for my shoulder, but enough firmness fo give my back some much needed support. I fall asleep fast and sleep well, and look forward to naps and bedtime. Even my cat sleeps on the bed more often, and the motion transfer reducing technology means I don't get rude faces when I get up now.

We bought a TEMPUR-Adapt Medium Queen and have slept on it for the past two weeks. We'd been sleeping on a 20 year old king Tempur Pedic in another house. The new mattress provides the same feel/support but seems a little softer and definitely cooler. It's sitting on a platform bed with no foundation and it's great.

I must say the quality has definitely come up! I have been getting the best rest ever. I love the thickness and layers of comfort. I am a hot sleeper so I can't hold it against the mattress, but it does sleep cooler than my last set. My only complaint would be that it is hard to change my sheets now that I have to mess with a heavier mattress, but I will survive.

We are very satisfied with our Tempur-Adapt Medium Hybrid. For sleeping - 5 stars for anyone who prefers a firmer mattress. For sitting on bed to read, for example, 4 stars as one does sink in a bit. All in all, incl. service, feel of the mattress and price, 5.

Due the mattress age, I decided it was time for an upgrade. The Adapt mattress is pure bliss. I have had the best sleep of my life in the mattress and would tell anyone and everyone to buy it.

We have 2 other tempurpedic beds and automatic bases and love them so much, we purchased 2 more for our beach house. We've never loved our beds or mentioned how much we love our beds more (we know it sounds weird)! Our son loves his bed too and the rest and best sleep is all about the beds. We've had many good name brand mattresses but none compare. The support the beds provide with the added plus of adjustable bases is unparelled when it comes to comfort. It's hard to explain how these beds have changed our view of all beds. We will not purchase anything but Tempurpedic beds. And we tell everyone, friends and clients, about them...even if it makes us sound obsessed with our beds!
