We purchased the Adapt Medium Hybrid Queen with the Ease base and simply love it! Comfortable luxury at it's finest. My wife loves to sit up and watch TV and we both love the zero gravity setting on the base. The mattress is also cool to the touch which is a plus! At 63, this mattress id fantastic for my back!

We've had this mattress for a year now and I'm always sad when I have to travel and sleep somewhere else because I miss it so much. Amazingly supportive and comfortable, doesn't upset my sensitive shoulder or back. Not hot. So happy with this purchase and the great sleep it's given us.

I travel a lot for work and look for every way possible to day travel so I can be back in my bed. Aches and pains I had have gone away. On top of all that my mattress stays cool all night. Highly recommended especially with the white glove service!

I was having awful back and shoulder pain with my previous mattress and that is absolutely no longer a problem. You cannot feel your partner moving around in the middle of the night so you do not get disturbed by them. Although the prices are high they are undoubtedly worth every penny!!

Just purchased our first Tempur-Pedic bed. Upon entering, every sales associate greeted us. Vince took us to four different mattresses, explaining all with expertise. I did not feel pressured, rather I felt like a guest whose needs were trying to be met with professionalism and accuracy. From there Vince showed us several pillow styles until we found the one that best matched our mattress selection. Finally, Vince turned into Al Buddy as he patiently helped me find a pair of slippers that were both cute and comfortable. Finally, the manager Paul helped with finalizing the transaction, both ensuring that everything was correct and that we were highly satisfied before leaving. I'm very excited to try our new bed but based on the store experience I feel confident we will sleep very well! As for customer service, Vince knocked it out of the park! Thank you for everything gentlemen.

We bought tempur adapt med with the power base. WORST purchase ever. Waste of $4000. Don't buy from tempur authorized retailers. Paid cash april 2023, Took 3 weeks and threatening to have the debit reversed for delivery, white glove delivery is 2 teens with your mattress out of the box strapped to a short bed pickup with the base folded in the dirty bed. The mattress is so hard even after 6 weeks we had to add a topper to make it bearable. When the base is used the mattress does not bend and floats above the base unless you sit on it and then the foot of the bed just bends straight up from the hip leaves 18 inches of space between the bottom of the mattress and the base. There is NO support from tempur if you buy from a retailer and tempur doesn't care if they have bad retailers. When called Tempur didn't even care when the retailer delivered FAKE tempur pillows and sheets (different brand on the tags and packaging sold as tempur) I wonder about the mattress being fake too as it's not like the one we tried. And beware tempur does not require the 90 night trial be honored by their retailers or the free returns/exchanges. So if you want to try one of these don't use an "authorized" retailer because tempur doesn't back the purchase. The only time i wish i would have bought online.

This is our third Tempurpedic mattress. We really don't ever shop other brands. It's always interesting to see the latest models and upgrades. The delivery men brought it, installed it with no issues and were very professional. From the first night, we knew we'd chosen the perfect mattress for our needs. Tempurpedic, you did it again!

We have owned this bed for over 2.5 years, and are still very pleased with it - we look forward to getting back to sleeping in our own bed when on vacation! There was a short adjustment period (less than 2 weeks). It is the best bed we have ever had! The cooling cover works great, and the hybrid is the perfect mix of support and comfort. We recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade to a great mattress, it's pricey but worth it!

We owned a Tempur-Pedic previously for just short of 20 years. Our bed is set up to accommodate the mattress without a box spring and the old mattress fit perfectly. Our new mattress is 2 inches narrower and 1-3/4 inches shorter. So now we see the wood platform it lies on. Very disappointing. The mattress is comfortable or we wouldn't have bought it. Don't feel the cooling effects of the mattress cover either. It's also very high uncomfortable to sit at the edge of the bed.

After reading several reviews and trying out this mattress in the store, my wife and I decided to purchase 2 Twin XL's. At first, this mattress seemed comfortable, but after a couple of nights, I noticed that it does not support the upper back, neck, and shoulder areas. I tried several different pillows and tried sleeping in different positions but I just couldn't get to sleep peacefully. When I did wake up, my back was twisted and achy. Secondly, when you turn on your side there is little support and it is quite uncomfortable. After 55 days of restless sleep, I returned this mattress for the Pro Adapt Medium model. With all that being said, what works for one person may not work for another. My wife is satisfied with her mattress but she does not suffer from back and neck issues. Be sure to shop around and try out as many tempur pedic beds as possible before buying. The company has a nice portfolio of different mattress styles and they definitely have something for everyone. Also, make sure you have a pillow that is compatible to the mattress. I noticed that certain pillows work great with some mattresses, but when you switch beds, the pillow takes on a totally different feel. I am pleased that tempur pedic has a return policy. Otherwise, I would be one unhappy sleepless customer. I am very happy with the Pro Adapt Medium Firm Mattress.
